ORDINANCE NO. 7313
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF AN ACCESS EASEMENT LOCATED
WITHIN LOT 1, BLOCK 4 IN PARK WEST BUSINESS CAMPUS, FILING NO. 1
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that:
SECTION 1.
A portion of access easement located in Lot 1, Block 4 in Park West Business
Campus, Filing No. 1 and more particularly described as follows:
A portion of land located in Lot 1, Block 4 in Park West Business Campus, Filing No. 1
according to the recorded plat thereof, as filed for record March 11, 2004 in the County
of Pueblo and State of Colorado and being more particularly described as follows:
Considering the South line of Park West Business Campus, Filing No. 1 to bear
S. 88 0 43'39" W., and all bearings contained herein being relative thereto.
Beginning at the SE corner of Lot 1, Block 4 in said Park West Business Campus, Filing
No. 1; thence S. 88 0 43'39" W. along the South line of said Park West Business
Campus, Filing No. 1, a distance of 201.40 feet, thence N. 01'16 " W., a distance of
20.00 feet; thence N. 88 °43'39" E., a distance of 201.24 feet to a point on the East line
of said Park West Business Campus, Filing No. 1; thence S. 01 °43'20" E. along said
East line, a distance of 20.00 feet to the point of beginning.
is hereby vacated.
SECTION 2.

LOCATED WITHIN LOT 1, BLOCK 4 IN PARK WEST BUSINESS CAMPUS,
FILING NO. 1
ISSUE
Shall City Council approve the vacation of a 20 foot wide access easement
located within Lot 1, Block 4 in Park West Business Campus, Filing No. 1?
RECOMMENDATION
The Planning and Zoning Commission, at their April 13, 2005 regular meeting,
voted 5 -0 to recommend approval.
BACKGROUND
The applicant is requesting the vacation of a 20 foot wide access easement to
allow for the development of commercial property. It is the recommendation of the
Subdivision Review Committee (SRC) memo dated April 25, 2005 that the
vacation be approved. This application is concurrent with Subdivision S- 05 -04,
which was also approved unanimously.
