HomeMy WebLinkAbout07311ORDINANCE NO. 7311 AN ORDINANCE CHANGING ZONING RESTRICTIONS FROM A -1 TO R -1, R -2, AND S -5 COVERING A PARCEL OF LAND COMMONLY KNOWN AS PASTORA RANCH SUBDIVISION BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that: SECTION 1. The zoning restrictions covering the following described property be changed from A -1, Agricultural One District to R -1, Single Family Residential District, R -2, Single Family Residential District, and S -5, Private Open Space District, and upon passage of this ordinance, zoning restrictions affecting R -1, Single Family Residential District, R -2, Single Family Residential Business District, and S -5, Private Open Space District shall apply to said property: A -1 to R -1 A parcel of land located in the SW Ya of Section 21, Township 21 South, Range 65 West of the 6 th P.M. in the County of Pueblo and State of Colorado and being more particularly described as follows: Considering the West line of the SW Ya of Section 21, Township 21 South, Range 65 West of the 6 th P.M. to bear N. 00 °21' 07" E., and all bearings contained herein being relative thereto. RECOMMENDATION The Planning and Zoning Commission, at their April 13, 2005 regular meeting, voted 5 -0 to recommend approval. BACKGROUND Pastora Ranch Subdivision is generally located south of El Camino Subdivision, 17 Filing and west of Starlite Drive. The applicant is requesting that the property be rezoned to allow for residential development. The Planning and Zoning Commission voted 5 -0 to recommend approval. FINANCIAL IMPACT None.
