AN ORDINANCE CHANGING ZONING RESTRICTIONS FROM A -4 TO R -2 COVERING A PARCEL
OF LAND COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF
WEST 22 STREET AND OTIS AVENUE AFFECTING THE NORTH THREE (3) LOTS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that:
SECTION 1.
The zoning restrictions covering the following described property be changed from A -4,
Agricultural Four District, to R -2, Single - Family Residential District, and upon passage of this
ordinance, zoning restrictions affecting R -2, Single - Family Residential District shall apply to said
property:
LOTS 10,11,12, BLOCK 8, SANDERS SUBDIVISION 1ST FILING,
and more commonly known as:
NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF WEST 22
STREET AND OTIS AVENUE, AFFECTING THE NORTH THREE (3)
LOTS.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon final passage and approval.

ISSUE
Shall City Council approve a request to rezone the property to an R -2, Single -
Family Residential District?
RECOMMENDATION
The Planning and Zoning Commission, at their November 10, 2004 Regular
Meeting, voted 5 -0 to recommend approval of the rezoning.
BACKGROUND
The applicant is requesting to rezone the subject property from A-4, Agricultural
Four District to R -2, Single Family Residential District in enable the property to
be considered for single - family homes.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
None.
