The public utility and drainage easements lying within McKinney - Miller Subdivision and more particularly described as follows: 1. The South 10' of Lot 3 of Country Club Heights 14 Filing As shown in Book 2006 at Page 780 of the Pueblo County Records; and, 2. The South 10" of Parcel "C" of Lot Line Rearrangement As shown in Book 2946 at Page 23 of the Pueblo County Records, are hereby vacated. SECTION 2. RECOMMENDATION The Planning and Zoning Commission voted 6 -0 at their regular meeting of July 14, 2004 to recommend approval. BACKGROUND The applicant is requesting the vacation of public utility and drainage easements located on vacant land south of Kachina Drive and west of Lynda Lane extended. The purpose of the vacation is to allow the development of 13 lots on 5.02 acres for commercial and residential development. It is the recommendation of the Subdivision Review Committee (SRC) that the vacation be approved. FINANCIAL IMPACT None
