BACKGROUND The City of Pueblo submitted on December 30, 2003, a federal application for CDBG and HOME funds for the year 2004. This is an increase from the budgeted amounts for both grants ( $71,000 for CDBG and $65,679 in HOME). The 2004 funding is less than the 2003 grant. In 2003, the City received $2,009,000 in CDBG and $968,009 in HOME.
