TITLE AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF DRAINAGE EASEMENT LYING WITHIN NORTH PUEBLO COMMERCIAL PARK ISSUE Shall City Council approve the vacation of the drainage easement? RECOMMENDATION The Planning and Zoning Commission voted 7 -0 to recommend approval. BACKGROUND The applicant is requesting to vacate a portion of a drainage easement in order to erect a freestanding sign for the existing business (Sam's Club Wholesale Warehouse). All of the conditions of approval from the Planning and Zoning Commission have been addressed to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works. FINANCIAL IMPACT None
