HomeMy WebLinkAbout07041ORDINANCE NO. 7041 AN ORDINANCE CHANGING ZONING RESTRICTIONS FROM R -6 TO B -3 COVERING A PARCEL OF LAND COMMONLY KNOWN AS LOT 1, VILLAGER INN SUBDIVISION LOCATED ADJACENT TO AND SOUTHEAST OF 800 US HIGHWAY 50 WEST BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that: SECTION 1. The zoning restrictions covering the following described property be changed from R -6, Multiple - Residential and Commercial District, to B -3, Highway and Arterial Business District, and upon passage of this ordinance, zoning restrictions affecting B -3, Highway and Arterial Business District shall apply to said property: Lot 1, Villager Inn Subdivision, recorded December 12, 2002 at 4:31 pm under Reception No. 1475346 of the records of the Pueblo County Clerk and Recorders, and more commonly known as, Lot 1, Villager Inn Subdivision. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon final passage and approval.
