HomeMy WebLinkAbout06981ORDINANCE NO. 6981 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2003 BUDGET OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING AND DEPARTMENT OF LAND USE ADMINISTRATION AND APPROPRIATING $18,000.00 FOR SAME WHEREAS, the City of Pueblo entered into a Letter of Understanding with the Urban Renewal Authority of Pueblo, Resolution Number 9818 for the preparation of the Urban Renewal Plan for the Amended Phase One Urban Renewal Project, for the Expanded Phase One Urban Renewal Area, for Downtown Pueblo; BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that: SECTION 1. Revenue is estimated and appropriations hereby made for the additional amount of $18,000.00 in the General Fund. SECTION 2. Additional funds in the amount of $12,350.00 are hereby budgeted and appropriated and the 2003 Department of Planning budget is hereby amended to include same within the following Account Numbers: 101 - 1110 - 411.55 -01 Printing Printing of URA Plan $3,500.00 101 - 1110 - 411.59 -01 Training and Education Computer Training for AutoCad and GIS $3,250.00 101 - 1110- 411.60 -11 Operating Supplies Color Cartridges for Printer $1,200.00 101 - 1100 - 411.70 -01 Capital Outlay Computer for Senior Clerk Typist $ 900.00 Network Color LaserJet Printer $3,500.00 SECTION 3 Additional funds in the amount of $5,650.00 are hereby budgeted and appropriated and the 2003 Department of Land Use Administration budget is hereby amended to include same within the following Account Numbers: 101 - 1200 - 411.59 -01 Training and Education Training for computer and for Commissioners $3,250.00 101 - 1200 - 411.60 -11 Operating Supplies Pay Expenses for Color Copies $2,400.00 INTRODUCED: ADrll 14, 2003 BY: Al Gurule COUNCIL P APPROVED: PR ENT OF CITY COUNCIL ATTESTED BY: CLERK PASSED AND APPROVED: April 28, 2003
