HomeMy WebLinkAbout06881ORDINANCE NO. 6881 AN ORDINANCE CHANGING ZONING RESTRICTIONS FROM 1 -2 TO B -4 COVERING A PARCEL OF LAND COMMONLY KNOWN 905 WEST 4 STREET BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that: SECTION 1 The zoning restrictions covering the following described property be changed from 1 -2, Light Industrial District, to B -4, Regional Business District, and upon passage of this ordinance, zoning restrictions affecting B-4, Regional Business District shall apply to said property: BEG PT 100 FT W OF WHERE W LINE OF 4 ST INTERSECTS W LINE OF CITY OF PUEBLO BEING 100 FT W OF SW COR LOT 32 BLK 1 THATCHER + GAST TH N 83 DEG 09 MIN W125. 9FTTHN104. 9FTE125FTTHS120FTTOPT BEG INN 'Y2NW %, and more commonly known as: 905 WEST 4 STREET. SECTION 2 This ordinance is approved upon the following condition: (1) The owner of the property shall comply with the provisions of the Pueblo Municipal Code Section 17-4 -7 Landscape Performance Standard. If the above condition are not completed within a reasonable period not to exceed six months from the effective date of this Ordinance, the Planning and Zoning Commission shall institute proceedings to rezone the property to 1 -2, Light Industrial District. SECTION 3 This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon final passage and approval.
