AN ORDINANCE CHANGING ZONING RESTRICTIONS FROM 1 -2 TO B -4 COVERING A
PARCEL OF LAND COMMONLY KNOWN 905 WEST 4 STREET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that:
SECTION 1
The zoning restrictions covering the following described property be changed from 1 -2, Light
Industrial District, to B -4, Regional Business District, and upon passage of this ordinance, zoning
restrictions affecting B-4, Regional Business District shall apply to said property:

and more commonly known as:
905 WEST 4 STREET.
SECTION 2
This ordinance is approved upon the following condition:
(1) The owner of the property shall comply with the provisions of the Pueblo Municipal Code
Section 17-4 -7 Landscape Performance Standard.
If the above condition are not completed within a reasonable period not to exceed six months from
the effective date of this Ordinance, the Planning and Zoning Commission shall institute
proceedings to rezone the property to 1 -2, Light Industrial District.
SECTION 3
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon final passage and approval.
