AN ORDINANCE CHANGING ZONING RESTRICTIONS
FROM B -2 TO R -2 COVERING A PARCEL OF LAND
COMMONLY KNOWN AS 706 W. 10` STREET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that:
SECTION 1.
The zoning restrictions covering the following described property be changed from B -2,
Subregional Business District, to R -2, Single Family Residential District, and upon passage of this
ordinance, zoning restrictions affecting R -2, Single Family District shall apply to said property:
Lots 1, Block 20, Thatcher and Thomas Addition Subdivision,
and more commonly known as:
706 W. 10th Street.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon final passage and approval.

COVERING A PARCEL OF LAND COMMONLY KNOWN AS 706 W. 10 STREET
ISSUE
Shall City Council approve a request to rezone the property to an R -2 Zone District that
will allow the applicant to sell their property that is currently located in a B -2 Subregional
Business Zone District?
RECOMMENDATION
The Planning and Zoning Commission voted 7 -0 to recommended approval of the rezoning
from a B -2 zone to an R -2 zone.

The applicant is proposing to have the property rezoned from a Subregional Business
District (B -2) to a Single Family Residential District (R -2) in order for the sale of the
property that is properly zoned for a single - family residence.
