The zoning restrictions covering the following described property be changed from B -2, Subregional Business District, to R -2, Single Family Residential District, and upon passage of this ordinance, zoning restrictions affecting R -2, Single Family District shall apply to said property: Lots 1, Block 20, Thatcher and Thomas Addition Subdivision, and more commonly known as: 706 W. 10th Street. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon final passage and approval. RECOMMENDATION The Planning and Zoning Commission voted 7 -0 to recommended approval of the rezoning from a B -2 zone to an R -2 zone.
