HomeMy WebLinkAbout06750Reception 1427366 02/27/2002 ORDINANCE NO. - 6750 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 6708 TO CORRECT LEGAL DESCRIPTION CONTAINED IN SECTION 1 111:10 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that: SECTION 1. The legal description contained in Section 1 of Ordinance No. 6708 is hereby amended to read as follows: Lots Three (3) through Nineteen (19), Block Three (3), Sunny Heights Subdivision, Third Filing, County of Pueblo, State of Colorado. Said lots contain 2.8569 acres, more or less. Erk1C A portion of Section Four (4), Township Twenty -one (21) South, Range Sixty -five (65) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, City of Pueblo, County of Pueblo, State of Colorado, and a portion of Parcel A, Lot Line Vacation No. 2001 -003 as recorded at Reception No. 1405194 and a portion of Del Norte Avenue as vacated by the Board of County Commissioners Resolution recorded at Reception No. 284039 in the records of the Pueblo County Clerk and Recorder, all being more particularly described as follows: Basis of Bearings: The North line of Regency Crest Subdivision, A Special Area Plan, according to the plat recorded at Reception No. 1175639 in the records of the Pueblo County Clerk and Recorder.
