AN ORDINANCE CHANGING ZONING RESTRICTIONS
FROM R -5 TO R -2 COVERING A PARCEL OF LAND
COMMONLY KNOWN AS EAST OF WILLS BOULEVARD,
NORTH OF WEST 31 STREET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that:
SECTION 1.
The zoning restrictions covering the following described property be changed from R -5,
Multiple - Residential and Office District, to R -2, Single - Family District, and upon passage of this
ordinance, zoning restrictions affecting R -2, Single - Family District, shall apply to said property:
A portion of the Northwest one - quarter of Section 23, and of the Southwest one - quarter of
Section 14, Township 20 South, Range 65 West, of the 6ch Principal Meridian in the County of
Pueblo, State of Colorado, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the centerline intersection of 31 Street and Adrian Avenue; thence Northerly along
the North prolongation of the centerline of said Adrian Avenue, N. 0° 24' 12" E., 90.39 feet to
the beginning of a tangent curve, concave Westerly, having a radius of 550.59 feet; thence
Northerly along said curve, through a Central angle of 19° 45' 31 ", and an are length of 189.87
feet; thence tangent to said curve, N. 19° 21' 19" W., 100.72 feet to the beginning of a tangent
curve, concave Easterly, having a radius of 1,457.39 feet; thence Northerly along said curve,
through a Central angle of 13° 21' 34 ", and an arc length of 339.82 feet; thence S. 89° 38' 00"
E., 171.93 feet, more of less; thence southerly along said boundary, S. 0° 24' 12" W., 671.59
feet to a point on the centerline of said 3I' Street; thence Westerly along said centerline, N. 89
43' 00" W., 30.00 feet, to the Point of Beginning,
and more commonly known as:
East of Wills Boulevard and North of West 31 s ` Street.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon final passage and approval.
