A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONTRACT AGREEMENT BETVVEEN THE CITY OF PUEBLO,
A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, AND THE COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION,
PUEBLO LIBRARY ROTATOR PROJECT (STM M086~040)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that:
SECTION 1.
The Contract between the City of Pueblo, a Municipal Corporation, and the Colorado
Department of Transportation concerning Library Rotator Project (STM M086-040) a copy of which
is attached hereto, having been approved as to form by the City Attorney, is hereby approved.
SECTION 2.
The Contract makes available to the City of Pueblo for $608,750 in Federal Transportation
Funds and requires that $126,544 local funds to be paid for the project plus $14,706 for non-
participating costs.
SECTION 3.
The President of the City Council is hereby authorized to execute and deliver the Contract
in the name of the City, and the City Clerk is directed to attest same and affix the Seal of the City
thereto.
