HomeMy WebLinkAbout06619ORDINANCE NO. 6619 AN ORDINANCE CHANGING ZONING RESTRICTIONS FROM I -2 TO B -4 COVERING A PARCEL OF LAND COMMONLY KNOWN AS 506 -510 WEST THIRD STREET SUBJECT TO CONDITIONS SUBSEQUENTLY BEING MET BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that; SECTION 1. The zoning restrictions covering the following described property be changed from I -2, Light Industrial District, to B -4, Regional Business District, and upon passage of this ordinance, zoning restrictions affecting B -4, Regional Business District, shall apply to said property: Lots 3, 4 and 5, Block 13, State Addition Subdivision and more commonly known as: 506 -510 West Third Street, SECTION 2. With the recommendations of the Planning and Zoning Commission, this zoning ordinance shall be approved upon final passage, but shall not become effective nor shall this ordinance be recorded until the landscaping required by the Performance standards for the City's B -4 zone district is installed and approved by the Director of the Department of Zoning The recording of this ordinance shall conclusively establish that the landscaping has been so installed and approved. The Pueblo Regional Building Department is hereby authorized and directed to withhold certificates of final inspections for any remodeled building on the above- described property if the property owners, or its successors or assigns, fails to meet these landscaping conditions within twelve (12) months of the passage of this ordinance. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon recording in the office of the Pueblo County Clerk and Recorder.
