AN ORDINANCE CHANGING ZONING RESTRICTIONS
FROM B -4 TO S -1 COVERING A PARCEL OF LAND
COMMONLY KNOWN AS EAST OF NEWTON AVENUE BETWEEN
ABRIENDO AVENUE AND CHURCH PLACE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that;
SECTION 1.
The zoning restrictions covering the following described property be changed from B -4,
Regional Business District, to S -1, Governmental Use District, and upon passage of this
ordinance, zoning restrictions affecting S -1, Governmental Use District, shall apply to
said property:
West 2 feet of Lot 2, East 23 feet of Lot 3, Block Q, South Pueblo,
West 27 feet of Lot 3, Block Q, South Pueblo
Lot 4 and Southeasterly 13 feet M/L of Lot 5, Block Q, South Pueblo
Northwesterly 73 feet M/L of Lot 5, Block Q, South Pueblo, less Triangle
in West Corner Lot 5 sold to City
Westerly 45 feet of the Easterly 83 feet of Lot 6, Block Q, South Pueblo
East 38 feet of Lot 6 and the Northwest 8 feet 9 inches of Lot 7, Block Q,
South Pueblo,
Northwesterly part of Lot 6 and 52 feet on Corona Avenue by 47 feet in
alley, Block Q, South Pueblo,
and more commonly known as:
East of Newton Avenue between Abriendo Avenue and Church Place.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon final passage and approval.
