PROPERTY TO RIDGEGATE AT PUEBLO, LLC, AND AUTHORIZING THE
PRESIDENT OF THE CITY COUNCIL TO EXECUTE SAME
ISSUE
Should the City Council approve the conveyance of real property to Ridgegate at Pueblo,
LLC.
RECOMMENDATION
Approval of this Resolution.
BACKGROUND
Ridgcgate at Pueblo, LLC, ("Ridgegate") working with the Hudspeth family, arranged a
conveyance of land to the City in 2001, a portion of which was for future r.o.w, purposes.
Ridgegate has subsequently received conditional approval of the Antelope Trail
Subdivision, which includes the dedication of the right of way that was the subject of a
portion of the land conveyance. Due to the design of the subdivision plat, there is a
remnant of land from the original conveyance that is no longer needed for right of way
purposes, and Ridgegate has requested that this land be conveyed to Ridgegate for the
purpose of including it in a future subdivision plat. Ridgegate's agent, Roger Fonda, has
discussed this conveyance with the Hudspeth family, and they are in agreement.
