HomeMy WebLinkAbout06527ORDINANCE NO. 6527 AN ORDINANCE CHANGING ZONING RESTRICTIONS FROM A -1 TO R -2 AND FROM A -1 TO B -2 COVERING A PARCEL OF LAND COMMONLY KNOWN AS EAST OF . HOLLYWOOD DRIVE AND SOUTH OF FARABAUGH LANE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that; SECTION 1. The zoning restrictions covering the following described property be changed from A -1, Agricultural One District, to R -2, Single - Family Residential District, and from A -1, Agricultural One District, to B -2, Subregional Business District, and upon passage of this ordinance, zoning restrictions affecting R -2, Single - Family Residential District, and B -2, Subregional Business District, shall apply to said property: A -1 TO R -2 A parcel of land in the E' /z of the NW 1/4 and in the NE 1/4 of Section 22, Township 21 South, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. in the County of Pueblo, State of Colorado and being more particularly described as follows: Considering the North line of said Section 22, Township 21 South, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. to bear N.89 0 40'00" E. and all bearings contained herein being relative thereto. Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Hollywood Drive as platted in Vinewood Subdivision, Filing No. 1, according to the recorded plat thereof, filed for record November 10, 1997 and the said North line of Section 22; thence N.89 0 40'00 "E., along the said North line of Section 22, a distance of 1843.98 feet; thence S. 00 °20'00 "E., a distance of 1864.26 feet; thence 5.82° 56'45 "W., a distance of 894.42 feet; thence Southwesterly, along the arc of a curve to the left whose radius is 2000 feet, a distance of 142.14 feet; thence N.20 °00'36" W., a distance of 413.99 feet; thence 5.69 °59'24 "W., a distance of 600.00 feet; thence N.20 °00'36" W., a distance of 807.92 feet; thence Northerly, along the arc of a curve to the left whose radius is 600 feet, a distance of 206.05 feet; thence N.00 °20'00 "W., a distance of 106.53 feet; thence North- easterly, along the arc of a curve to the right whose radius is 600 feet, a distance of 281.11 feet; thence N.26 °30'37 "E., a distance of 148.64 feet; thence Northerly, along the arc of a curve to the left whose radius is 600 feet, a distance of 283.72 feet; thence N.00 °35'00" W., a distance of 56.37 feet to the point of beginning containing 81.163 acres. A -1 TO B -2 A parcel of land in the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 22, Township 21 South, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. in the County of Pueblo, State of Colorado and being more particularly described as follows: Considering the North line of said Section 22, Township 21 South, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. to bear N.89 °40'00 "E. and all bearings contained herein being relative thereto. Commencing at the intersection of the centerline of Hollywood Drive as platted in Vinewood Subdivision, Filing No. 1, according to the recorded plat thereof, filed for record November 10, 1997 and the said North line of Section 22; thence N.89 °40'00" E., along the said North line of Section 22, a distance of 1843.98 feet; thence 5.00 °20'00 "E., a distance of 1864.26 feet; thence S.82'56'45" W., a distance of 894.42 feet; thence Southwesterly, along the arc of a curve to the left whose radius is 2000 feet, a distance of 142.14 feet to the True Point of Beginning of the parcel of land herein described; thence N.20 °00'36" W., a distance of 413.99 feet; thence S.69 °59'24" W., a distance of 600.00 feet; thence 5.20 °00'36" E., a distance of 390.00 feet; thence N.69 °59'24" E., a distance of 291.14 feet; thence Northeasterly, along the arc of a curve to the right whose radius is 2000 feet, a distance of 310.11 feet to the point of begin - ing containing 5.428 acres, and more commonly known as: East of Hollywood Drive and South of Farabaugh Lane. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon final passage and approval.
