HomeMy WebLinkAbout06512Reception 1331915 05/05/2000 SUBSTITUTED COPY 2/28/00 ORDINANCE NO. 6512 AN ORDINANCE VACATING A DRAINAGE EASEMENT AND DEDICATING A DRAINAGE EASEMENT BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that: SECTION 1. All that drainage easement located within Lot 1, Block 1, North Pueblo Commercial Park Filing No. 1, Lot 2, Block 1, North Pueblo Commercial Park Filing No. 2, and Lots 1 and 2, Big "O" Tires Subdivision according to the recorded plat thereof, filed for record June 9, 1999 at Instrument No. 1283321 in the records of the Pueblo County Clerk and Recorder is hereby vacated subject to completion of all drainage improvements in easement dedicated pursuant to Section 2 hereof, SECTION 2. The dedication of the following drainage easement is hereby accepted: A parcel of land located within a portion of Lot 1, Block 1, Big "O" Tires Subdivision, according to that plat filed for record June 9, 1999, at Reception No. 1283321 in the records of the Pueblo County Clerk and Recorder, said parcel being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point from which the SW corner of said Lot 1 bears S 04° 48'53" W (bearings based on the west line of said Lot 1, Big "O" Tires Subdivision, monumented at each end with a No. 4 rebar with a yellow plastic cap, P.L.S. No. 16128, assumed to bear N 04 °48'53 "E) a distance of 80.88 feet; thence N04 °48'53 "E, along the west line of said Lot 1, a distance of 51.77 feet; thence S 66 °55'40 "E a distance of 22.23 feet; thence N 58 °04'20 "E a distance of 231.77 feet to a point on the west line of Lot 2, Block 1, Big "O" Tires Subdivision; thence along the arc of a curve to the left whose center bears S 83 °45'22" E, having a radius of 284.00 feet and a central angle of 04 °58'10 ", a distance of 24.63 feet; thence S 58 °04'20" W a distance of 64.83 feet to a point on the north line of said Lot 2; thence S 87 °49'03" W, along said north line of Lot 2, a distance of 11.90 feet to a point on the west line of said Lot 2; thence S 02 °10'57 "E, along said west line of said Lot 2, a distance of 6.80 feet; thence S 58 °04'20" W a distance of 138.87 feet; thence S 03 °04'20" W, 1331915 05/05/2000 01:16P ORD Chris C. And Two parcels of land located within a portion of Lot 2, Block 1, Big " O " Tires Subdivision, according to that plat filed for record June 9, 1999, at Reception No. 1283321 in the records of the Pueblo County Clerk and Recorder, said parcels being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the west line of said Lot 2 from which the SW corner of said Lot 1 bears S 45 °40'02 "W a distance of 316.90 feet; thence along the west line of said Lot 2, along the arc of a curve to the right whose center bears S 88 °43'03 "E, having a radius of 284.00 feet and a central angle of 04 °58'10 ", a distance of 24.63 feet; thence N 58 °04'20 "E, a distance of 6 1. 10 feet to a point on the north line of said Lot 2; thence S 16 °29'21" E, along said north line of Lot 2, a distance of 10.27 feet; thence S 76 °46'47" E, continuing along said north line of Lot 2, a distance of 9.71 feet to a point on the east line of said Lot 2, thence along the east line of said Lot 2 along the are of a curve to the left whose center bears S 76 °48'17" E, having a radius of 224.00 feet and a central angle of 02 °34'16 ", a distance of 10.05 feet; thence N 76 °55'22 "W, a distance of 5.71 feet; thence S 58° 04'20 "W, a distance of 68.59 feet to the point of beginning AND That parcel of land beginning at a point on the west line of said Lot 2 from which the SW corner of said Lot 1 bears S 41 °38'59 "W a distance of 240.79 feet; thence N 02 °10'57" W, along said west line of said Lot 2, a distance of 6.80 feet; thence N 87 °49'03 "E, along the north line of said Lot 2, a distance of 11.90 feet; thence S 58 °04'20 ", a distance of 13.70 feet to the point of beginning. Said parcels contains 0.03 acres, more or less. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon final passage and approval.
