AN ORDINANCE CHANGING ZONING RESTRICTIONS
FROM B -3 TO R -5 COVERING A PARCEL OF LAND
COMMONLY KNOWN AS LYING NORTH OF EAGLERIDGE
CIRCLE AND WEST OF ELIZABETH STREET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that;
SECTION 1.
The zoning restrictions covering the following described property be changed from B -3,
Highway and Arterial Business District, to R -5, Multiple Residential and Office District, and
upon passage of this ordinance, zoning restrictions affecting R -5, Multiple - Residential and
Office District, shall apply to said property:
A parcel of land being a portion of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and the NE 1/4 of
the SW 1/4 and the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of
Section 12, Township 20 South, Range 65 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian,
being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point from which the northwest corner of Lot 3, Block 1, Eaglecross
Subdivision Fifth Filing, according to the recorded plat thereof filed for record
July 13, 1999, at reception number 1288586 in the records of the Pueblo County
Clerk and Recorder bears S 89 °59'50" E (bearings based on the line between the NW
corner of said Lot 3 and the angle point on the west line of Lot 2, Block 1, Eagle -
cross Subdivision Third Filing according to the recorded plat thereof monumented
at each end with a No. 4 rebar with yellow plastic cap PLS 16128 to bear S 27 °50'
48" E as established on the recorded plat) a distance of 477.46 feet; thence S 04°
40'58" E a distance of 168.55 feet; thence along the arc of a curve to the right
having a central angle of 04'08'17" and a radius of 170.00 feet, a distance of
15.51 feet; thence S 00 °32'42" W a distance of 316.51 feet; thence N89'27'18"
W a distance of 258.89 feet; thence along the arc of a curve to the left having
a central angle of 90 °19'59" and a radius of 290.00 feet, a distance of 457.22
feet: thence S 00 °12'43 "W, a distance of 339.45 feet to a point on the
northerly boundary of said Eaglecross Subdivision Second Filing;
thence N 89'47'17" W along said northerly boundary a distance of 499.28 feet to
the northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 2 of said Eaglecross Subdivision Second
filing; thence N 00 0 55'33" W along the east line of Ridge Gate Filing No. 1 and
said east line extended a distance of 924.26 feet; thence N 44°32'13" E, a distance
of 280.49 feet; thence S 89 °59'50" E, a distance of 859.07 feet to the Point of
Beginning. Said parcel contains 19.41 acres more or less,.
and more commonly known as:
Lying North of Eagleridge Circle and West of Elizabeth Street.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon final passage and approval.
