HomeMy WebLinkAbout06507ORDINANCE NO. 6507 AN ORDINANCE CHANGING ZONING RESTRICTIONS FROM R -7 AND B -3 TO R -2 AND R -4 COVERING A PARCEL OF LAND COMMONLY KNOWN AS EAST OF UTICA AVENUE EXTENDED ON BOTH SIDES OF OAKSHIRE LANE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that; SECTION 1. The zoning restrictions covering the following described property be changed from B -3, Highway and Arterial Business District, to R -4, Mixed Residential District, and from R -7, Mobile Home Residential District, to R -2, Single- Family Residential District, and upon passage of this ordinance, zoning restrictions affecting R -4, Mixed Residential District, and R -2, Single - Family Residential District, shall apply to said property: B -3 TO R -4 All of Lots 6 through 12, both inclusive, in Block 47, all of Lots 1 through 6, both inclusive, in Block 11, all of Lots 1,2 and 3 in Block 5, all of vacated Crestline Street adjacent thereto in Bellview Subdivision, Second Filing, according to the recorded plat thereof, filed for record July 28, 1978. R -7 to R -2 That portion of Blocks 1 and 2, Parcel A, vacated Oakshire Lane and vacated Bonnadell Drive adjacent thereto in Oakshire Mobile Home Estates, according to the recorded plat thereof, filed for record September 14, 1990, lying North of the centerline of the right -of -way of Oakshire Lane conveyed to the City of Pueblo by deed recorded in Book 2901 at Page 71 of the Pueblo County records. and more commonly known as: East of Utica extended on both sides of Oakshire Lane. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon final passage and approval.
