ORDINANCE NO. 6499
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 6468
TO CORRECT LEGAL DESCRIPTION CONTAINED IN
SECTION 1 THEREOF
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that:
SECTION 1.
The legal description contained in Section 1 of Ordinance No. 6468 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
Lots 1, 4 and 5, Block 3, Oakshire, County of Pueblo, State of Colorado.
Said parcel contains 2.37 acres more or less.
SECTION 2.
Ordinance No. 6468 as amended by Section 1 hereof is hereby approved, confirmed
and ratified.
SECTION 3.
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon final passage and approval.
