AN ORDINANCE CHANGING ZONING RESTRICTIONS
FROM A -4 TO R -2 COVERING A PARCEL OF LAND
COMMONLY KNOWN AS 2614- 2616 -2618 W. 11TH STREET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that;
SECTION 1.
The zoning restrictions covering the following described property be changed from A -4,
Agricultural Four District, to R -2, Single - Family Residential District, and upon passage of
this ordinance, zoning restrictions affecting R -2, Single Family Residential District, shall
apply to said property:
Lots 8 - 16, Block 25, Hyde Park Subdivision,
and more commonly known as:
2614 - 2616 -2618 W. 11th Street.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon final passage and
approval.
