ORDINANCE NO. 6480
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF SHULL, CHICAGO
NEW YORK AND WABASH AVENUES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that:
SECTION 1.
All of Chicago Avenue lying adjacent to Lots I through 5, Block 8 and
lying adjacent to Lots 11 through 15, Block 7; the Northerly 66 feet
of Wabash Avenue lying adjacent to Lot 3, Block 7 and lying adjacent
to Lot 13, Block 6; and all of Shull Avenue lying East & South of High-
land Park and adjacent to Lots 3, 11 and 12, Block 7 and Lot 13, Block
6 of Shull's Subdivision according to the recorded plat thereof, filed
for record July 14, 1887 of the Pueblo County Records.
All that portion of New York Avenue lying within said Shull's Subdivi-
sion according to the recorded plat thereof, filed for record July 14, 18 87
of the Pueblo County records & lying within Columbia Heights, accord-
ing to the recorded plat thereof, filed for record May 23, 1888 of the
Pueblo County Records, all lying South of Vacated Shull Avenue to the
easterly prolongation of Lot 15, Block 8 of said Shull's Subdivision,
are hereby vacated.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon final passage and
approval.
