AN ORDINANCE CHANGING ZONING RESTRICTIONS
FROM A -4 TO R -2 COVERING A PARCEL OF LAND
COMMONLY KNOWN AS SOUTHEAST CORNER 22ND STREET
AND PUEBLO BOULEVARD SUBJECT TO CONDITIONS
SUBSEQUENTLY BEING MET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that;
SECTION 1.
The zoning restrictions covering the following described property be changed from A -4,
Agricultural Four District, to R -2, Single - Family Residential District, and upon passage of
this ordinance, zoning restrictions affecting R -2, Single - Family Residential District, shall
apply to said property:
Blocks 6 -10, 16 - 20, 26 -30, 36 -40, 46 -50, 56 -60, 66 -70, and 76 -80,
Chamberlin's Subdivision,
and more commonly known as:
Southeast corner 22nd Street and Pueblo Boulevard.
SECTION 2.
With the recommendations of the Planning and Zoning Commmission, this zoning
ordinance is approved with the following condition:
The sanitary sewer, storm sewer and traffic plans must be submitted and approved
before a building permit is to be issued.
The City Planning and Zoning Commission is hereby authorized and directed
to initiate proceedings to rezone the above - described property to an A -4, Agricultural
Four District, if the property owners or his heirs, successors or assigns fail to meet
these conditions within twelve (12) months of passage of this ordinance.
SECTION 3.
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon final passage and approval.
