HomeMy WebLinkAbout06439ORDINANCE NO. 6439 AN ORDINANCE CHANGING ZONING RESTRICTIONS FROM A -1 AND 1 -3 TO 1 -2 COVERING A PARCEL OF LAND COMMONLY KNOWN AS EAST OF INTERSTATE 25, SOUTH OF ENVIRONMENTAL PLACE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that; SECTION 1. The zoning restrictions covering the following described property be changed from A -1, Agricultural One District, and 1 -3, Heavy Industrial District, to 1 -2, Light Industrial District, and upon passage of this ordinance, zoning restrictions affecting 1 -2, Light Industrial District, shall apply to said property: A parcel of land located in Sections 23, 24, and 26, Township 21 South, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M., being more particularly described as follows Beginning at the Southwest corner of Minnequa Industrial Park, First Filing, County of Pueblo, State of Colorado; thence the following courses: 1) South 14 45' 40" West along the Easterly right of way line of Interstate 25, a distance of 3466.67 feet to the point of curvature of Interstate 25; 2) On the arc of a curve to the left, said curve having a central angle of 11 ° 47' 12 ", a radius of 5534.60 feet and an arc length of 1138.50 feet (Field measured) and according to Colorado State Highway right of way plans, a central angle of 11 00 ", a radius of 5730.00 feet and an arc length of 1138.30 feet to the point of tangent of Interstate 25; 3) South 03 °21'47" West along the Easterly right of way line of Interstate 25, a distance of 1003.63 feet; 4) North 24 0 27'35" East, a distance of 5528.90 feet to the Southeast corner of said Minnequa Industrial Park First Filing; 5) North 65 0 32' 15" West along the South line of said Minnequa Industrial Park a distance of 782.75 feet; 6) North 75 16' 49" West along the South line of said Minnequa Industrial Park a distance of 475.00 feet to the point of beginning, County of Pueblo, State of Colorado, and more commonly known as: East of Interstate 25, South of Environmental Place. .qF ( 9 This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon final passage and approval.
