AN ORDINANCE CHANGING ZONING RESTRICTIONS
FROM I -2 TO R -4 COVERING A PARCEL OF LAND
COMMONLY KNOWN AS 903 N. ELIZABETH STREET
SUBJECT TO CONDITIONS SUBSEQUENTLY BEING MET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that;
SECTION 1.
The zoning restrictions covering the following described property be changed from I -2,
Light Industrial District, to R -4, Mixed Residential District, and upon passage of this
ordinance, zoning restrictions affecting R -4, Mixed Residential District, shall apply to
said property:
Lot 16, Block 45, County Addition,
and more commonly known as:
903 N. Elizabeth Street,
SECTION 2.
This zoning ordiance, upon recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission,
is approved with the following conditions: that five offstreet parking spaces be paved and that
the alley adjacent to said property be paved.
The City Planning and Zoning Commission is hereby authorized and directed to
initiate proceedings to rezone the above - described property to an I -2, Light Industrial District,
if the property owners or his heirs, successors or assigns fail to meet these conditions within
six (6) months of passage of this ordinance.
SECTION 3.
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon final passage and approval.
