HomeMy WebLinkAbout06260Reception 1191132 10/27/1997 ORDINANCE NO. 6260 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE PLAT OF WESTRIDGE, FILING NO. 3 SUBDIVISION BE ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that SECTION 1. The final plat of Westridge, Filing No 3 Subdivision, being a subdivision of land legally described as follows: All of Lots 26 through 34, both inclusive, Block 1 in Westridge, Filing No. 2, according to the recorded plat thereof, filed for record April 18, 1996, AND A parcel of land in the SW 1/4 of Section 11, Township 20 South, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. n the County of Pueblo, State of Colorado, being more particularly described as follows: Considering the centerline of Sentinel Place, as platted in Westridge, Filing No. 2, according to the recorded plat thereof, filed for record April 18, 1996 to bear N.00° 13'50" W. and all bearing contained herein being relative thereto. Beginning at Southwest corner of said Westridge, Filing No. 2; thence N.89 °55'53" W., along the South subdivision boundary line extended of said Westridge, Filing No. 2, a distance of 30.00 feet; thence N.00 °13'50 "W., parallel to the West subdivision boudary line of said Westridge, Filing No. 2, a distance of 595.83 feet to the North line extended of Lot 26, Block 1 in said Westridge, Filing No. 2; thence N.89 °46' 10 "E., along said North line extended, a distance of 30.00 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot 26; thence 5.00 °13'50" E., along the West subdivision boundary line of said Westridge Filing No. 2, a distance of 595.99 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 1.909 acres, is hereby approved; and all dedicated streets, utility and drainage easements, rights -of -way and land set aside for public sites, parks and open spaces shown and dedicated on said plat are hereby accepted for public use. 111111111m 111111111111111 1111111 11111 iii 111111111 IN 1191332 1 0/27/1997 08:18q 83049 P530 ORD 2 of 2 R 11,00 D 0.00'N 0.00 Pueblo County, CO SECTION 2. The acceptance of such dedicated streets, rights -of -way, utility and drainage ease- ments, public sites, parks and open spaces by the City does not obligate the City to maintain or repair same until such streets, rights -of -ways utility and drainage easements, public sites, parks and open spaces have been constructed and installed in compliance and in accordance with the requirements and provisions of Chapter 4, Title XII of the 1971 Code of Ordinances, as amended and any agreement entered into pursuant thereto. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon final passage and approval. Brinker, owners of Lot 28, Block 1, WestRidge Filing 2 do hereby ratify and consent to the subdivision of the land platted as WestRidge Filing No. 3 shown on the Subdivision Plat recorded in Plat Book 3049 at Page 531 of the records of Pueblo County, Colorado, and confirm and join in the dedication of all streets, easements, rights of way and access restrictions shown thereon and subordinate our interest in the property described in this Subdivision Plat to any Subdivision Improvements Agreement between the Subdivider and the City of Pueblo executed in conjunction therewith.
