AN ORDINANCE CHANGING ZONING RESTRICTIONS
FROM B -2 TO R -5 COVERING A PARCEL OF LAND
COMMONLY KNOWN AS 2817 N. ELIZABETH STREET
SUBJECT TO CONDITION SUBSEQUENTLY BEING MET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that;
SECTION 1.
The zoning restrictions covering the following described property be changed from B -2,
Subregional Business District, to R -5, Mutiple- Residential and Office District, and upon passage
of this ordinance, zoning restrictions affecting R -5, Multiple - Residential and Office District
shall apply to said property:
Lots 24 - 30, inclusive, Block 5, Sommerlid Heights Subdivision,
and more commonly known as:
2817 N. Elizabeth Street.
SECTION 2.
This zoning ordinance, upon recommedation of the Planning and Zoning Commission, is
approved with the following condition: that a six -foot sidewalk be installed on Elizabeth Street
according to and approved by the City of Pueblo Traffic Engineer.
The City Planning and Zoning Commission is hereby authorized and directed to
initiate proceedings to rezone the above - described property to a B -2, Subregional Business
District, if the property owners or his heirs, successors or assigns fail to meet the condition
within six (6) months of passage of this ordinance.
SECTION 3.
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon final passage and approval.
