HomeMy WebLinkAbout06126ORDINANCE NO. 6126 AN ORDINANCE CHANGING ZONING RESTRICTIONS FROM R -2 TO B -3 COVERING A PARCEL OF LAND COMMONLY KNOWN AS 2308 AND 2310 S. PRAIRIE AVENUE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that: SECTION 1. The zoning restrictions covering the following described property be changed from R -2, Single - Family Residential Dis- trict, to B -3, Highway and Arterial Business District, and upon passage of this ordinance, zoning restrictions affecting B -3, Highway and Arterial Business District, shall apply to said property: All that portion of the NW 1/4 of Section 14, Township 21 South, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M., described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of Section 14, Town- ship 21 South, Range 65 West; thence East 66 feet to a point on the East line of Prairie Avenue and the True Point of Beginning; thence East on the North line of Section 14, 627 feet to a point; thence South 264 feet to a point; thence West 627 feet to a point on the East line of Prairie Avenue; thence North along the East line of Prairie Avenue, 264 feet to the Point of Beginning, County of Pueblo, State of Colorado, and more commonly known as: 2308 and 2310 S. Prairie Avenue. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon final passage and approval.
