ORDINANCE NO. 6122
AN ORDINANCE CHANGING ZONING RESTRICTIONS
FROM R -2 TO R -3 COVERING A PARCEL OF LAND
COMMONLY KNOWN AS NORTHWEST CORNER E. 13TH
STREET AND VINITA AVENUE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO,
that:
SECTION 1.
The zoning restrictions covering the following described
property be changed from R -2, Single - Family Residential Dis-
trict, to R -3, One and Two - Family Residential District, and
upon passage of this ordinance, zoning restrictions affecting
R -3, One and Two - Family Residential District, shall apply to
said property:
A parcel of land situated in the W 1/2 of the
SW 1/4 of Section 28, Township 20 South, Range
64 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Pueblo
County, Colorado, more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at a point on the West line of said
Section 28, said point also being the Northeast
corner of Lot 7, Block 188, Arlington Heights,
according to the recorded plat thereof; Thence
Easterly along the South line of East 11th
Street, a distance of 118.51 feet (118.66 feet
measured); Thence Southerly and at a right angle
to the South line of East 11th Street (S 00° 01'
42" E measured) a distance of 256.00 feet more
or less (255.99 feet measured); Thence Westerly
and parallel to the North line of East 10th
Street, a distance of 123.87 feet (123.84 feet
measured) to a point on the West line of said
Section 28, said point also being the Southeast
corner of Lot 27, Block 188, Arlington Heights,
according to the recorded plat thereof; Thence
Northerly along the West line of said Section
28 a distance of 256.00 feet more or less
(256.12 feet measured) to the point of beginning,
Said parcel containing 0.71 acres more or less,
and more commonly known as:
Northwest corner E. 10th Street and Vinita Avenue.

SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
final passage and approval.
