HomeMy WebLinkAbout06107Reception 1137844 09/04/1996 ORDINANCE NO. 6107 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 6095 TO CORRECT LEGAL DESCRIPTION CONTAINED IN SECTION 1 THEREOF BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that: SECTION 1. The legal description contained in Section 1 of Ordinance No. 6095 is hereby amended to real as follows: A parcel of land located within the City of Pueblo, County of Pueblo, State of Colorado, to wit: A parcel of land being a portion of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 and the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 and the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and the NE 1/ 4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 12, Township 20 South, Range 65 West, of the Sixth Principal Meridian, being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 1, Block 4, Eaglecross Subdivision Second Filing, according to the recorded plat thereof filed for record March 16, 1995, in Book 2790 at Pages 866 -867 in the records of the Pueblo County Clerk and Recorder; Thence the following three courses along the easterly line of said Lot 1; 1) N 00 -12 -43 E, (bearings based on said easterly line of said Lot 1 monumented on each end with No. 4 rebar with yellow plastic cap P.L.S. 16128 to bear N 00 -12 -43 E as established on the recorded plat of Eaglecross Subdivision Second Filing), a distance of 440.33 feet; 2) N 89 -47 -17 W, a distance of 40.00 feet; 3) N 00 -52 -47 E, a distance of 158.68 feet; Thence N 27 -50 -48 W, a distance of 434.80 feet; Thence S 89 -59 -50 E, a distance of 587.73 feet to a point on the easterly right of way of Colorado Interstate Highway No. 25; Thence the following two courses along said Westerly right of way; r Book: 2926 Page: 282 Chris C. Munoz Page: 2 of 2 Pueblo Co.Clk.&Rec. 1) S 05 -47 -51 E, a distance of 443.07 feet; 2) S 05 -43 -42 W, a distance of 373.15 feet; to a point on the northerly right of way of Elizabeth Street; Thence the following three courses along said northerly line; 1) along the arc of a non - tangent curve to the left whose radius bears N 62 -18 -26 W having a central angle of 62 -31 -58 (62 -28 -39 deed) and a radius of 320.00 feet, a distance of 349.25 feet (348.94 feet deed); 2) N 89 -46 -28 W (N 89 -47 -17 W deed), a distance of 54.76 feet (54.77 feet deed); Thence along the arc of a curve to the left having a central angle of 03 -13 -10 and a radius of 300.00 feet, a distance of 16.86 feet to the point of beginning. Parcel contains 9.37 acres, SECTION 2. The legal description contained in the plat of Eaglecross Subdivision, 3rd Filing, shall be similarly amended and a correction plat thereof shall be recorded in the office of the Pueblo County Clerk and Recorder. SECTION 3. Ordinance No. 6095 as amended by Section 1 hereof is hereby approved, confirmed and ratified. ION 4. Tfiii ordinance shall become effective immediately %dof: 441nal ,passage and approval.
