HomeMy WebLinkAbout06053ORDINANCE NO. 6053 AN ORDINANCE CHANGING ZONING RESTRICTIONS FROM R -1 TO R -2 AND R -4 COVERING A PARCEL OF LAND COMMONLY KNOWN AS NORTH OF RED CREEK SPRINGS ROAD, SOUTH OF PLANE VIEW STREET AND WEST OF CHESTNUT DRIVE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that: SECTION 1. The zoning restrictions covering the following described property be changed from R -1, Single- Family Residential Dis- trict, to R -2, Single - Family Residential District, and R -4, Mixed Residential District, and upon passage of this ordi- nance, zoning restrictions affecting R -2, Single - Family Resi- dential District, and R -4, Mixed Residential District, shall apply to said property: R -1 TO R -2 A parcel of land in the S 1/2 of the NE 1/4 and the N 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of Section 4, Township 21 South, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. and being more particularly described as follows: Considering the West boundary line of West- wood Village, according to the recorded plat thereof, filed for record June 6, 1961 to bear S.03 0 18'38 "W. (S.02 0 52'39 "W., plat) and all bearings contained herein being relative thereto. Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 7 in said Westwood Village; thence N. 87 0 23'29 "W. (N.87 plat), along the South right -of -way line of Plane View Street as platted in Sunny Heights, Second Filing, sc according to the recorded plat thereof, filed for record April 12, 1952, a distance of 135.01 feet; thence S.03 1 18'38 "W., a distance of 140.11 feet; thence N.87 °26 W., a dis- tance of 940.30 feet; thence S. 03 °18 "W., a distance of 1369.51 feet; thence S.88 1 11'22" E., a distance of 1075.59 feet to the said West boundary line of Westwood Village; thence N. 03° 18'38 "E., along said West boundary line, a dis- tance of 1495.34 feet to the point of beginning, containing 34.064 acres, R -1 TO R -4 A parcel of land in the S 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of Section 4, Township 21 South, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. and being more particularly described as follows: Considering the West boundary line of Westwood Village, according to the recorded plat thereof, filed for record June 6, 1961 to bear S.03 °18'38" W. (S.02 0 52 1 39 "W., plat) and all bearings contained herein being relative thereto. Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 7 in said Westwood Village; thence N.87 °2329 "W. (N. 87 plat), along the South right -of -way line of Plane View Street as platted in Sunny Heights, Second Filing, according to the recorded plat thereof filed for record April 12, 1952, a distance of 135.01 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence N.87 0 23' 29" W., along said South right -of -way line, a dis- tance of 940.29 feet; thence S.03 °18 W., a dis- tance of 140.80 feet; thence S.87 °26'01 "E., a dis- tance of 940.30 feet; thence N.03 °18'38 "E., a dis- tance of 140.11 feet to the point of beginning, containing 3.032 acres. R -1 TO R -4 A parcel of land in the N 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of Section 4, Township 21 South, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M., and being more particularly described as follows: Considering the West boundary line of Westwood Village, according to the recorded plat thereof, filed for record June 6, 1961 to bear S.03 0 18 1 38 "W. (5.02 0 52'39" W., plat) and all bearings contained herein being rela- tive thereto. -2- Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 7, in said Westwood Village; thence S.03 1 18 1 38 "W., along the said West boundary line of Westwood Village, a distance of 1495.34 feet to True Point of Beginning; thence N.88 1 11 1 22 "W., a distance of 1075.59 feet; thence S.03 °18 "W., a distance of 131.05 feet to the North right -of -way line of Red Creek Springs Road, as conveyed to the County of Pueblo by deed recorded in Book 39 at Page 398 of the Pueblo County Records; thence S.88 0 37 1 21 "E., along said North right -of -way line, a distance of 1075.83 feet to the said West boundary line of Westwood Village; thence N.03 °18' 38" E., along said West boundary line, a distance of 122.91 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 3.134 acres, and more commonly known as: North of Red Creek Springs Road, South of Plane View Street and West of Chestnut Drive. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon final passage and approval.
