HomeMy WebLinkAbout06018ORDINANCE NO. 6018 AN ORDINANCE CHANGING ZONING RESTRICTIONS FROM R -6 TO B -3 COVERING A PARCEL OF LAND COMMONLY KNOWN AS SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LAKE AVENUE AND PUEBLO BOULEVARD BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that: SECTION 1. The zoning restrictions covering the following described property be changed from R -6, Multiple - Residential and Commer- cial District, to B -3, Highway and Arterial Business District, and, upon passage of this ordinance, zoning restrictions affecting B -3, Highway and Arterial Business District, shall apply to said property: A tract of land located in the SW 1/4, SW 1/4 of Section 13, Township 21 South, Range 65 West, described as follows: Beginning at a point from whence the Southwest corner of said Section bears S 65° 30' 25" W, a distance of 222.25 feet; 1. Thence N 49° 11' E, a distance of 587.8 feet; 2. Thence N 33° 07' E, a distance of 500.0 feet; 3. Thence N 06 32' W, a distance of 142.1 feet; 4. Thence N 45 49' W, a distance of 126.8 feet; 5. Thence along the arc of a curve to the left with a radius of 674.1 feet, a distance of 524.40 feet; 6. Thence S 89 24' 30" W, a distance of 146.4 feet; 7. Thence S 40 31' W, a distance of 108.0 feet; 8. Thence S 00 36' E, a distance of 1111.4 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning, con- taining 13.097 acres, more or less, and more commonly known as: Southeast corner of Lake Avenue and Pueblo Boulevard. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon final passage and approval.
