HomeMy WebLinkAbout06004ORDINANCE NO. 6004 AN ORDINANCE CHANGING ZONING RESTRICTIONS FROM I -3 TO S -1 COVERING A PARCEL OF LAND COMMONLY KNOWN AS 301 N. ELIZABETH STREET AND 707 W. 3RD STREET BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that: SECTION 1. The zoning restrictions covering the following described property be changed from I -3, Heavy Industrial District, to S -1, Governmental Use District, and upon passage of this ordinance, zoning restrictions affecting S -1, Governmental Use District, shall apply to said property: All of Lots 9 - 16, Block 17, State Addition in the City and County of Pueblo, Colorado, including the South 8 feet of the vacated alley adjacent to Lots 12 - 16, of said Block 17, State Addition, and the entire vacated alley (16 feet) adjacent to Lots 9 - 11, of said Block 17, State Addition, and all of Lots 4 - 6, Block 24, State Addition in the City and County of Pueblo, Colorado, all of Lots 30 - 41, Block 3, Thatcher & Gast's Subdivision in the City and County of.Pueblo, Colorado, and the East 6.5 feet of Lot 42 along the North 54.5 feet of Lots 42 - 46 of said Block 3, Thatcher & Gast's Subdivision, the North 40 feet of the vacated W. 3rd Street adjacent to Lot 41 and the easterly 6.5 feet of Lot 42 of said Block 3, Thatcher & Gast's Subdivision, and more commonly known as: 301 N. Elizabeth Street and 707 W. 3rd Street. i SECTION 2. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon final passage and approval.
