AN ORDINANCE CHANGING ZONING RESTRICTIONS
FROM R -1 TO R -2 COVERING A PARCEL OF LAND
COMMONLY KNOWN AS SOUTH END OF NONA BROOKS
DRIVE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO,
that:
SECTION 1.
The zoning restrictions covering the following described
property be changed from R -1, Single- Family Residential
District, to R -2, Single - Family Residential District,
and, upon passage of this ordinance, zoning restrictions
affecting R -2, Single - Family Residential District,
shall apply to said property:
A parcel of land located in the North 1/2 of the
Southeast 1/4 of Section 9, Township 21 South,
Range 65 West, of the 6th Principal Merdian,
being more particularly described as a portion
of Block 2 and Block 3 along with those portions
of the vacated streets and alleys lying adjacent
to the said Blocks within Columbia Heights accord-
ing to the recorded plat thereof filed for record
May 23, 1888, of the Pueblo County records, Pueblo
Colorado. More particularly described by metes
and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a point on the North line of the
North 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section
9, said point also being on the South line of
Regency Park 13th Filing according to the
recorded plat thereof as filed in Book 2018
at Page 811 of the Pueblo County records, from which
the Center 1/4 corner of said Section 9 (a 3 1/2"
alum cap marked C 1/4 Sec. 9 PLS 25948) bears
N 88° 23' 48" W a distance of 1279.50 feet; Thence
continuing along said North line 88° 23' 48" E a
distance of 531.13 feet; Thence S 00° 31' 22" W
• distance of 260.05 feet; Thence N 88° 23' 48" W
• distance of 536.04 feet; Thence N 01° 36' 12" E
• distance of 260.00 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 3.18 acres, more or less,
Bearings are based on the Monumented line of Kingsley
Avenue between Archway Lane North (City of Pueblo
monument) and Archway Lane South (City of Pueblo
monument) in Regency Park Subdivision, 9th Filing,
to bear N 00 40' 08" E (plat bearing).
and more commonly known as:
South end of Nona Brooks Drive.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
final passage and approval.
