AN ORDINANCE CHANGING ZONING RESTRICTIONS
FROM A -4 TO B -3 COVERING A PARCEL OF LAND
COMMONLY KNOWN AS WEST SIDE OF THOMAS AVENUE
TO PUEBLO BOULEVARD FROM 11TH TO 14TH STREETS
AND THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THOMAS AVENUE AND
W. 11TH STREET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that:
SECTION 1.
The zoning restrictions covering the following described
property be changed from A -4, Agricultural Four District, to B -3,
Highway and Arterial Business District, and, upon passage of this
ordinance, zoning restrictions affecting B -3, Highway and Arterial
Business District, shall apply to said property:
Lots 1 thru 7, inc. part Lot 8, part Lot 34 and all 35
to 40, Block 5, West Side Addition
and
Lots 1 to 5, inclusive and that portion of Lot 6 lying
easterly of a line adjacent to the SE corner and the NW
corner of said Lot 6, Also all of Lots 37 to 40, inclusive,
and Lot 36 except that portion of Lot 36 lying to the left
(westerly) of a line joining the SE corner and the NW corner
of said Lot 36, all being in Block 20, West Side Addition,
County of Pueblo, State of Colorado,
and
Lots 1 to 3, inclusive, all of Lots 39 and 40, inclusive,
and Lot 4 except that portion of Lot 4 lying to the left
(westerly) of a line joining the SE corner and the NW
corner of said Lot 4, and Lot 38 except that portion of
Lot 38 lying to the left (westerly) of a line joining
the SE corner and the NW corner of Lot 38, all being in
Block 29 in West Side Addition, County of Pueblo, State of
Colorado,
and
Lots 21 to 25, Block 28 in West Side Addition, County of
Pueblo, State of Colorado,
and more commonly known as:
West side of Thomas Avenue to Pueblo Boulevard from
11th to 14th Streets and the northeast corner of
Thomas Avenue and W. 11th Street.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
final passage and approval.
