AN ORDINANCE CHANGING ZONING RESTRICTIONS
FROM R -4 TO R -5 COVERING A PARCEL OF LAND
COMMONLY KNOWN AS 901 E. 4TH STREET SUBJECT
TO CONDITIONS SUBSEQUENTLY BEING MET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that:
SECTION 1.
The zoning restrictions covering the following described pro-
perty be changed from R -4, Mixed Residential District, to R -5, Multi-
ple- Residential and Office District, and, upon passage of this ordi-
nance, zoning restrictions affecting R -5, Multiple- Residential and
Office District, shall apply to said property:
Lot 9, Block 48, East Pueblo Subdivision,
and more commonly known as:
901 E. 4th Street.
SECTION 2.
This zoning ordinance, upon recommendation of the Planning and
Zoning Commission, is approved with the following conditions: the
existing garage shall be removed; the parking lot shall be paved
for six offstreet parking spaces; and curbhead or bumper blocks shall
be installed to prevent direct access to the alley.
The City Planning and Zoning Commission is hereby authorized
and directed to initiate proceedings to rezone the above - described
property to an R -4, Mixed Residential District, if the property
owners or his heirs, successors or assigns fail to meet these con-
ditions within six (6) months of passage of this ordinance.
SECTION 3.
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon final
passage and approval.
