HomeMy WebLinkAbout05814ORDINANCE NO. 5814 AN ORDINANCE CHANGING ZONING RESTRICTIONS FROM 0 -1 TO B -2 COVERING A PARCEL OF LAND COMMONLY KNOWN AS 1207 N. HUDSON AVENUE SUBJECT TO CONDITIONS SUBSEQUENTLY BEING MET BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that: SECTION 1. The zoning restrictions covering the following descibed pro- perty be changed from 0 -1, Neighborhood Office District, to B -2, Subregional Business District, and, upon passaage of this ordinance, zoning restrictions affecting B -2, Subregional Business District, shall apply to said property: Lot 1, Block 37, East Pueblo Subdivision, and more commonly known as: 1207 N. Hudson Avenue. SECTION 2. This zoning ordinance, upon recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission, is approved with the following conditions: the property owner shall install public sidewalk on E. 13th Street and provide five, paved offstreet parking spaces. The City Planning and Zoning Commission is hereby authorized and directed to initate proceedings to rezone the above - described property to an 0 -1, Neighborhood Office District, if the property owners or his heirs, successors or assigns fail to meet this condi- tion within six (6) months of passage of this ordinance. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon final passage and approval.
