HomeMy WebLinkAbout05804Reception 1011614 07/09/1993 ORDINANCE NO. 5804 AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PRIVATE SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT AND DEDICATING TWO RELOCATED PRIVATE SANITARY SEWER EASEMENTS LYING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER ELIZABETH STREET AND EAGLERIDGE BOULEVARD BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that: SECTION 1. All of that Private Sanitary Sewer Easement being the east 20 feet of Lot 2, Block 1, Eaglecross Subdivision as dedicated on the recorded plat thereof filed for record on April 29, 1987 in Book 2344 at Page 868 in the Records of the Pueblo County Clerk and Recorder is hereby vacated. SECTION 2. The following sanitary sewer easement is hereby dedicated: A strip of land being the east 20 feet of the west 30 feet of Lot 1, Block 1, and a strip of land being the east 12.5 feet of Lot 3, Block 1, Eagle - cross Subdivision according to the recorded plat thereof filed for record April 29, 1987, in Book 2344 Page 868 in the records of the Pueblo County Clerk and Recorder. SECTION 3.
