ORDINANCE NO. 5804
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PRIVATE SANITARY
SEWER EASEMENT AND DEDICATING TWO RELOCATED
PRIVATE SANITARY SEWER EASEMENTS LYING AT
THE SOUTHWEST CORNER ELIZABETH STREET AND
EAGLERIDGE BOULEVARD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that:
SECTION 1.
All of that Private Sanitary Sewer Easement being
the east 20 feet of Lot 2, Block 1, Eaglecross
Subdivision as dedicated on the recorded plat
thereof filed for record on April 29, 1987 in Book
2344 at Page 868 in the Records of the Pueblo
County Clerk and Recorder
is hereby vacated.
SECTION 2.
The following sanitary sewer easement is hereby dedicated:
A strip of land being the east 20 feet of the west
30 feet of Lot 1, Block 1, and a strip of land
being the east 12.5 feet of Lot 3, Block 1, Eagle -
cross Subdivision according to the recorded plat
thereof filed for record April 29, 1987, in Book
2344 Page 868 in the records of the Pueblo County
Clerk and Recorder.
SECTION 3.
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon final
passage and approval.

WITNESSETH, That the grantor(s), for and in consideration of the sum of Ten

these presents do remise, release, sell, convey and QUIT CLAIM unto the grantee(s), heirs, successors and assigns,
forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the grantor(s) ha in and to the real property, together with
improvements, if any, situate, lying and being in the County of Pueblo and State of
Colorado, described as follows:
Two (2) private sanitary sewer easements being more partiularly
described as follows:
A strip of land being the east 20 feet of the west 30 feet of Lot 1,
Block 1, and a strip of land being the east 12.5 feet of Lot 3, Block 1,
Eaglecross Subdivision according to the recorded plat thereof filed for
Record April 29, 1987 in Book 2344 Page 868 in Records of the Pueblo
County Clerk and Recorder
also known by street and number as:
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the appurtenances and privileges thereunto belonging or in
anywise thereunto appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest and claim whatsoever, of the grantor(s), either in law or equity, to
the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the grantee(s), heirs and assigns forever.
