AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THAT PORTION OF THE
PUEBLO MEMORIAL AIRPORT INDUSTRIAL PARK
SUBDIVISION LYING WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS
OF PUEBLO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO,
that:
SECTION 1.
The final plat of Pueblo Memorial Airport Industrial Park,
being a subdivision of land legally described as follows:
The following described property lies within the City
Limits of Pueblo and entirely within this subdivision;
A parcel of land located within the City of Pueblo,
County of Pueblo, State of Colorado, to -wit:
A parcel of land being a portion of Section 30, Town-
ship 20 South, Range 63 West and a portion of Sections
25 and 26, Township 20 South, Range 64 West, all of
the 6th Principal Meridian, being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the west line
of the SW 1/4 of said Section 26 and the northerly right
of way line of the Atchison Topeka and Santa Fe Rail-
road; thence N 00 -40 -22 W along said West line, a dis-
tance of 200.00 feet; thence N 89 -21 -08 E, a distance
of 4769.58 feet; thence N 87 -55 -59 E, a distance of
3070.69 feet to a point on the westerly right of way
line of Paul Harvey Boulevard; thence northerly along
said westerly right of way line the following two (2)
courses:
1). thence N 01 -49 -46 W, a distance of 987.00 feet;
2). thence along the arc of a non - tangent curve to
the left whose center bears S 54 -42 -32 W and
having a central angle of 56 -40 -29 and radius
of 452.50 feet, a distance of 447.59 feet;
thence N 01 -57 -57 W, a distance of 137.50 feet to a point
on the northerly right of way line of William M. White
Boulevard; thence easterly and northerly along said right
of way line the following two (2) courses:
1). thence N 88 -02 -03 E, a distance of 625.21 feet;
2). thence N 01 -31 -15 W, a distance of 12.50 feet;
thence continuing N 01 -31 -15 W, a distance of 1446.50
feet; thence N 88 -25 -39 E, a distance of 9538.93 feet;
thence S 01 -38 -31 E, a distance of 822.30 feet to a
point on the northerly right of way line of United
Avenue; thence westerly along said northerly right of
way line the following two (2) courses:
1). thence along the arc of a non - tangent curve
to the left whose center bears S 14 -51 -30 E
and having a central angle of 9 -44 -00 and a
radius of 3974.76 feet, a distance of 675.23
feet;
2). thence S 65 -24 -30 W, a distance of 319.40
feet to a point on the easterly right of way
line of Walt Bassett Avenue;
thence northerly and westerly along said right of way
line the following three (3) courses:
1). thence N 24 -35 -30 W, a distance of 110.00 feet;
2). thence along the arc of a curve to the left
having a central angle of 66 -57 -51 and radius
of 540.00 feet, a distance of 631.12 feet;
3). thence S 88 -26 -39 W, a distance of 5062.11
feet to a point on the westerly right of way
line of Keeler Parkway;
thence S 01 -31 -26 E along said westerly right of way line,
a distance of 399.80 feet to a point on the northerly
right of way line of Magnuson Avenue; thence S 88 -27 -39
W along said northerly right of way line, a distance of
975.66 feet to a point on the westerly right of way
line of Skyway Street; thence S 01 -31 -26 E along the
westerly right of way line, a distance of 905.86 feet to
a point on the northerly right of way line of Atlas
Avenue if extended westerly; thence N 88 -32 -10 E along
said northerly right of way line and right of way ex-
tended, a distance of 1275.66 feet to a point on the
easterly right of way line of said Keeler Parkway;
thence S 01 -31 -26 E along said easterly right of way line,
a distance of 632.93 feet to a point on the southerly
right of way line of United Avenue; thence easterly along
said right of way line the following two (2) courses:

angle of 27 -39 -40 and radius of 292.36 feet, a distance

feet; thence N 03 -47 -18 E, a distance of 393.73 feet;
thence along the arc of a non - tangent curve to the
right whose center bears S 04 -46 -39 W and having a
central angle of 40 -13 -14 and a radius of 666.79 feet,
a distance of 468.07 feet; thence S 25 -24 -44 W, a dis-
tance of 289.30 feet to a point on the northerly right
of way line of the Atchison Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad;
thence westerly along said northerly right of way line

the point of beginning, said parcel contains 380.11

Pueblo Memorial Airport Industrial Park Subdivision:
A parcel of land located within the City of Pueblo, County
of Pueblo, State of Colorado, to -wit:
A parcel of land being a portion of Sections 29 and 30,
Township 20 South, Range 63 West and a portion of Sections
25 and 26, Township 20 South, Range 64 West, all of the
6th Principal Meridian, being more particularly described
as follows:

point on northerly right of way line of the Atchison,

(11) courses:

2). thence along the arc of a curve to the left
having a central angle of 8 -29 -29 and radius

feet to a point on the east line of the NE 1/4 of said
Section 29; thence S 00 -02 -28 E, along said east line, a
distance of 1418.19 feet to the point of beginning, said
parcel contains 1476.61 acres more or less,
is hereby approved. All dedicated streets, utility and drainage
easements, rights -of -way and land set aside for public sites, parks,
and open spaces shown and dedicated on said plat lying within the
City limits are hereby accepted for public use.

SECTION 2.
The acceptance of such dedicated streets, rights -of -way, utility
and drainage easements, public sites, parks and open spaces by the
City does not obligate the City to maintain or repair same until
such streets, rights -of -way, utility and drainage easements, public
sites, parks and open spaces have been constructed and installed
in compliance and in accordance with the requirements and provi-
sions of Chapter 4, Title XII of the 1971 Code of Ordinances, as
amended and any agreement entered into pursuant thereto.
SECTION 3.
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon final
passage and approval.
