HomeMy WebLinkAbout05748ORDINANCE NO. 5748 AN ORDINANCE CHANGING ZONING RESTRICTIONS FROM R -3 TO S -4 COVERING A PARCEL OF LAND COMMONLY KNOWN AS 120 QUINCY STREET BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that: CST /"+TT nAT 7 The zoning restrictions covering the following described property be changed from R -3, One and Two - Family Residential District, to S -4, Parking, District, and, upon passage of this ordinance, zoning restrictions affect- ing S -4, Parking District, shall apply to said property: Northwesterly 1/2 of the Northeasterly 50 feet of Lot 29 and the northeasterly 50 feet of Lots 30 - 32, Block 116, South Pueblo Subdivision, and more commonly known as: 120 Quincy Street. SECTION 2. This zoning ordinance, upon recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission, is approved with the following conditions: the property owner shall landscape the property in accordance with the City's Landscape Ordinance; and replace the public sidewalk. The City Planning and Zoning Commission is hereby authorized and directed to initiate proceedings to rezone the above - described property to a R -3, One and Two - Family Residential District, if the property onwer or his heirs, successors or assigns fail to meet these conditions. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon final passage and approval.
