HomeMy WebLinkAbout05745Reception 972049 4/23/1992 ORDINANCE NO. 5745 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE PLAT OF EL CAMINO SUBDIVISION FILING 7 A BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that: OVOMTAM 7 The final plat of El Camino Subdivision Filing 7 A, being a subdivi- sion of land legally described as follows: All of Lot 1, Block 40 in E1 Camino Subdivision, 7th Filing, according to the recorded plat thereof, filed for record July 19, 1988, and a portion of Parcel A, as platted in said Subdivision, being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 1, Block 39 in said Subdivision; thence along the boundary of said Parcel A the following two (2) courses: 1. S.00 47'- 30 "W., a distance of 160.00 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot 1, Block 40; 2. S.89 12'- 30 "E., a distance of 173.80 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 1, Block 37 in said Subdivision; thence S.00 ° - 00' -48" W., along the West line extended of said Lot 1, Block 37, a distance of 4.46 feet; thence Southerly, along the arc of a curve to the left whose radius is 560.00 feet, a distance of 30.15 feet; thence S.86 ° - 55'- 42 "W., a distance of 185.51 feet; thence N.00 47'- 30 "E., a distance of 207.08 feet to the South line extended of said Lot 1, Block 39; thence S.89 12'- 30 "E., along said South line extended, a distance of 10.00 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.423 acres, is hereby approved. All dedicated streets, utility and drainage easements, rights -of -way and land set aside for public sites, parks and open spaces shown and dedicated on said plat are hereby accepted for public use. The acceptance of such dedicated streets, rights -of -way, utility and drainage easements, public sites, parks and open spaces by the City does not obligate the City to maintain or repair same until such streets, rights -of -way, utility and drainage easements, public sites, parks and open spaces have been constructed and installed in compliance and in accordance with the requirements and provisions of Chapter 4, Title XII of the 1971 Code of Ordinances, as amended and any agreement entered into pursuant thereto.
