HomeMy WebLinkAbout05688ORDINANCE NO. 5688 AN ORDINANCE CHANGING ZONING RESTRICTIONS FROM S -3 TO B -4 COVERING A PARCEL OF LAND COMMONLY KNOWN AS EAST SIDE OF THE 900 AND 1000 BLOCKS ALBANY STREET BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that: SECTION 1. The zoning restrictions covering the following described property be changed from S -3, Flood Plain District, to B -4, Regional Business District, and, upon passage of this ordinance, the zoning restrictions affecting B -4, Regional Business District, shall apply to said property: A portion of Blocks 5 and 6 in the Fountain Addition to the City of Pueblo according to the recorded plat thereof, filed for record January 12, 1882, and the streets and alleys adja- cent thereto and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the centerline intersection of 9th Street and Albany Street, as platted in said Fountain Addition; thence Northerly, along the said centerline of Albany Street to the centerline of 11th Street, as platted in said Fountain addition; thence Easterly, along the said centerline of 11th Street to the Westerly Right -of -Way line of Interstate Highway No. 25; thence Southeasterly, along said Westerly Right -of -Way line to the said centerline of 9th Street; thence Westerly, along said centerline to the point of beginning, and more commonly known as: East side of the 900 and 1000 blocks Albany Street. CV0MTAAT This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon final passage and approval.
