AN ORDINANCE CHANGING ZONING RESTRICTIONS FROM R -3, R -5 AND B -4, TO B-4
COVERING A PARCEL OF LAND COMMONLY KNOWN AS 1009 WEST EVANS AVENUE AND
1013 WEST EVANS AVENUE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that:
SECTION 1
The zoning restrictions covering the following described property be changed from R -3,
One and Two Family Residential District, and R -5, Multiple - Residential and Office District, and B-4,
Regional Business District to B-4, Regional Business District, and upon passage of this ordinance,
zoning restrictions affecting B -4, Regional Business District shall apply to said property:
Lots 25 + 26 and the SWLY 80 feet of Lots 27 -30, Block 26, South Pueblo Subdivision,
and more commonly known as:
1009 West Evans Avenue and 1014 West Evans Avenue.
SECTION 2
This ordinance is approved upon the following conditions:
(1) The applicant will meet with the Planning Department staff and submit a
landscape plan, and
(2) The applicant will meet with the Transportation Department and submit an approved
parking plan.
If the above conditions are not completed within a reasonable period not to exceed six months
from the effective date of this Ordinance, the Planning and Zoning Commission shall institute
proceedings to rezone the property to R -3, One and Two Family Residential District.
SECTION 3
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon final passage and approval.
