AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A LEASE AMENDMENT BETWEEN PUEBLO,
A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, AND THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,
AND AUTHORIZING THE PRESIDENT OF THE COUNCIL TO EXECUTE SAME.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, THAT:
SECTION 1:
A CERTAIN LEASE AMENDMENT DATED OCTOBER 1, 1990 A COPY OF WHICH IS
ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF BY REFERENCE AFTER HAVING BEEN APPROVED
AS TO FORM BY THE CITY ATTORNEY, BY AND BETWEEN PUEBLO, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION,
AND THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, RELATING TO THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE
LOCATED IN THE TERMINAL BUILDING SITUATED AT PUEBLO MEMORIAL AIRPORT, BE AND
THE SAME IS HEREBY APPROVED; SUBJECT TO THE CONDITIONS AS SET FORTH IN SAID
LEASE.
SECTION 2:
THE PRESIDENT OF THE COUNCIL IS HEREBY AUTHORIZED TO EXECUTE SAID
LEASE AMENDMENT ON BEHALF OF PUEBLO, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, AND THE CITY CLERK
SHALL AFFIX THE SEAL OF THE CITY THERETO AND ATTEST THE SAME,

THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE UPON FINAL APPROVAL.

SUPPLEMENTAL LEASE AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this date by and between
The City of Pueblo, Colorado
whose address is 31475 Bryan Circle
Pueblo, Colorado 81001
hereinafter called the Lessor, and the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, hereinafter called the Government:
WHEREAS, the parties hereto des re to amend the above Lease.
NOW THEREFORE, these parties for the considerations hereinafter mentioned covenant and agree that the said
'Lease is amended, effective Oct 1, 1990 as follows:
1. Paragraph 2 is hereby amended to extend the expiration lease date through
January 31, 1991.
2. Paragraph 3 first sentence, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"The Government shall pay the Lessor annual rent of $13,301.13 at the rate
of $1,108.43 per month in arrears."
3. Paragraph 5 has been deleted in it's entirety.
All other terms and conditions of the lease shall remain in force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties subscribed their names as of the above date.

The City of Pueblo, Colorado,
whose address is 31475 Bryan Circle, Pueblo, Colorado 81001,
and whose interest in the property hereinafter described is that of Lessor
hereinafter called the Lessor, and the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, hereinafter called the Government:
WITNESSETH: The parties hereto for the considerations hereinafter mentioned, covenant and agree as follows:
1. The Lessor hereby- leases to the Government the following described premises:
Approximately one thousand, five hundred and sixty three (1,563) net usable
square feet of space on the second floor of the annex to the Terminal Building,
and roof and /or ground space as may be mutually agreed by the parties hereto,
for installation of instrumental equipment with cable connections; all space
located at the Municipal Airport, Pueblo, Colorado,
to be used for Weather Service Office Quarters and uses incidental thereto.
2. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises with.their appurtenances for the term beginning on

and renewal rights as may be hereinafter set forth.
3. The Government shall pay the Lessor annual rent of S

Rent for a lesser period shall be prorated. Rent checks shall be made payable to: City of Pueblo,
31475 Bryan Circle, Pueblo, Colorado 01001.
4. The Government may terminate this lease at any time by giving at least S.i.xty..(- 60)..... days' notice in writing
to the Lessor and no rental shall accrue after the effective elate of termination. Said notice shall be computed commenc-
ing with the day after the date of mailing.
5. This lease may be renewed at the option of the Government, for the following terms and at the following rentals:
From year to year, commencing October 1, 1985, but not beyond September 30, 1990,
upon the same terms, rental and convenants except the right to renew,
provided notice be given in writing to the Lessor at least thlrtJ!DQ) days before the end of the original lease term
or any renewal term; all other terms and conditions of this lease shall remain the same (luring any renewal term.
Said notice shall be computed commencing with the day after the date of mailing.
