HomeMy WebLinkAbout06929ORDINANCE NO. 6929 AN ORDINANCE CHANGING ZONING RESTRICTIONS FROM R -2 TO R -5 COVERING A PARCEL OF LAND COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE CORNER OF OAKSHIRE LANE AND BONNADELL STREET BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that: SECTION 1 The zoning restrictions covering the following described property be changed from R -2, Single - Family Residential District, to R -5, Multiple - Residential and Office District, and upon passage of this ordinance, zoning restrictions affecting R -5, Multiple - Residential and Office District shall apply to said property: Lots 1-4, Block 8, Oakshire Hills Filing No. 2 Subdivision, and more commonly known as: Corner of Oakshire Lane and Bonnadell Street. SECTION 2 (a) This ordinance is approved upon the following condition: (1) The owner of the property will be required to request a Special Use Permit from the Zoning Board of Appeals before constructing the multi -use facility. (b) If the above condition is not completed within a reasonable period not to exceed six months from the effective date of this Ordinance, the Planning and Zoning Commission shall institute proceedings to rezone the property to an R -2, Single - Family Residential District. SECTION 3 This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon final passage and approval.
