AN ORDINANCE CHANGING ZONING RESTRICTIONS
FROM S -1 TO B -4 COVERING A PARCEL OF LAND
COMMONLY KNOWN AS 807 NORTH GREENWOOD STREET
SUBJECT TO OFFSTREET PARKING REQUIREMENTS
SUBSEQUENTLY BEING MET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that:

The zoning restrictions covering the following described property
shall be changed from S -1, Governmental Use District, to B -4, Regional Busi-
ness District, and, upon passage of this ordinance, the zoning restrictions
affecting the B -4, Regional Business District, shall apply to this property:
Lots 14, 15 and 16, Block 33, County Addition,
and more commonly known as:
807 North Greenwood Street.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance, upon recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Com-
mission, is approved with the condition that the property owner shall within
one year of the effective date of this ordinance, or within six months from
occupancy of the property, which ever occurs first, provide offstreet parking
in accordance with the City's parking ordinances as if the improvements on
the property were newly constructed.
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon final passage
and approval.
