ORDINANCE NO. 5534
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE PLAT OF WOLF
SUBDIVISION, 2ND FILING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that:

The final plat of Wolf Subdivision, 2nd Filing, being a subdivi-
sion of land legally described as follows:
A parcel of land, located in the E 1/2 of the SE 1/4
of Section 13, Township 20 South, Range 65 West, of
the Sixth Principal Meridian, said parcel being more
particularly described as follows:
Lot 1, Block 1, Wolf Subdivision. Said parcel contains
3.54 acres, more or less,
is hereby approved. All dedicated streets, utility and drainage easements,
rights -of -way and land set aside for public sites, parks and open spaces
shown and dedicated on said plat are hereby accepted for public use.

The acceptance of such dedicated streets, rights -of -way, utility and
drainage easements, public sites, parks and open spaces by the City does not
obligate the City to maintain or repair same until such streets, rights -of -way,
utility and drainage easements, public sites, parks and open spaces have been
constructed and installed in compliance and in accordance with the requirements
and provisions of Chapter 4, Title XVII of the 1971 Code of Ordinances, as
amended and any agreements entered into pursuant thereto.
SEC TION 3.
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon final passage
and approval.

A COLORADO CORPORATION
The undersigned being all of the members of the Board of
Directors of Colorado Family Restaurants, Inc., a Colorado
corporation (the "Corporation ") in accordance with Section 7 -5 -108
of the Colorado Corporation Code hereby consent to taking the
following action without a meeting effective as of April 25, 1990:
RESOLVED, that the Corporation shall do all things
necessary in order to plat, subdivide, and develop the

shall execute and enter into any and all documents,

FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned does hereby ratify ad
consent to the subdivision of the land shown on the Subdivision Plat
recorded in Plat Book. _i` at page _!:�_ of the records of Pueblo
County, Colorado, and confirms and joins in the dedication of all
streets, easements, rights of way and access restrictions shown
thereon.
The consent to said subdivision herein and the joinder in
