HomeMy WebLinkAbout03920ORDINANCE NO. 3920 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE PLAT OF OUTLOOK SUBDIVISION FIFTH FILING BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that: SECTION 1. The final plat of Outlook Subdivision Fifth Filing, being a sub- division of land described as follows: A portion of the NW14 and the Wh of the SW's of Section 12; the NE'k and the NE'k of the SEC of Section 11; the W5 of the SA of Section 1; Twp. 20 South, Range 65 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the most northeasterly corner of Outlook Sub- division, Filing No. 3, according to the recorded plat thereof, as filed for record February 25, 1974, said point also being located on the East Right -of -Way Line of Outlook Boulevard, as presently located in said Outlook Subdivision Filing No. 3; thence N.84 10'- 59 "W., along the northerly boundary of said Outlook Subdivision Filing No. 3, a dis- tance of 100.00 feet to the west Right -of -Way Line of said Outlook Boulevard; thence along the arc of a curve to the right, whose center bears S.84 10'- 59 "E. and whose rddius is 650.00 feet, a distance of 249.31 feet; thence N.27 - 34 "E., a distance of 280.14 feet; thence N.64 06'- 05 "W., a distance of 636.82 feet; thence along the are of a curve to the right whose radius is 550.00 feet, a distance of 345.12 feet; thence N.28 08 57 "W., a distance of 1541.28 feet; thence N.61 51'- 03 "E., a distance of 902.04 feet, thence along the arc of a curve to the left whose radius is 510.00 feet, a distance of 531.81 feet; thence N.02 - 19 "E., a distance of 669.53 feet; thence S.87 53'- 41 "E., a distance of 216.08 feet; thence along the arc of a curve to the left whose radius is 710.00 feet, a distance of 300.81 feet; thence N.67 49- 48 "E., a distance of 667.48 feet; thence along the arc of a curve to the right whose radius is 1040.00 feet, a distance of 318.36 feet; thence N.85 - 22'- 09 "E., a distance of 430.91 feet; thence S.13 -19' - 17 "E., a distance of 2090.48 feet; thence S.04 ° - 40'- 27 "E., a distance of 436.78 feet; thence N.89 59'- 20 "W., a dis- tance of 919.29 feet; thence S.44 31'- 25 "W., a distance of 280.71 feet; thence S.00 56'- 16 "E., a distance of 1374.53 feet to the most northeasterly corner of Outlook Subdivision Filing No. 7, according to the recorded plat thereof as filed for record; thence along the northerly boundary of said Outlook Subdivision, the following six (6) courses: (1) N.89 47'- 17 "W., a distance of 6.50 feet; (2) Along the arc of a curve to the right whose radius is 450.00 feet, a distance of 201.74 feet; (3) N.64 06'- 05 "W., a distance of 557.11 feet; (4) Along the arc of a curve to the right, whose radius bears N.69 and whose radius is 650.00 feet, a distance of 82.84 feet; (5) S.27 47'- 34 "W., a distance of 300.71 feet; (6) Along the are of a curve to the left whose radius is 550.00 feet, a distance of 210.95 feet to the Point of Beginning, is hereby approved; and all streets, utility and drainage easements, rights- of-ways, and lands set aside for public sites, parks and open spaces shown and dedicated on said plat are hereby accepted as public streets, rights -of- ways, utility and drainage easements, and public sites, parks and open spaces. SECTION 2. The acceptance of the dedication of streets, rights -of -ways, utility and drainage easements, and public sites, parks and open spaces by the City does not obligate the City to maintain or repair same until said streets, rights -of -ways, utility and drainage easements, and public sites, parks and open spaces have been constructed and installed in compliance and in accord- ance with the requirement and provisions of Chapter 4, Title XII of the 1971 Code of Ordinances, as amended, and any agreement entered into pursuant thereto. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon final passage and approval.
