ORDINANCE NO. 2764
AN ORDINANCE DEDICATING A PORTION OF MIDTOWN CIRCLE DRIVE AS A PUBLIC WAY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLO-
RADO, that:
SECTION 1.
The dedication of the following described real pro-
perty, situate in the City of Pueblo, County of Pueblo and
State of Colorado, and commonly referred to as a portion of
Midtown Circle Drive, to the public as a public way or street
is hereby accepted:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot
25, Block 1, Thatcher & Gast Sub.; thence
north 0 22' east along the west line of
said Lot 25, and the west line of Lot 8
and the west line of Lot 8 extended a
distance of 366.80 feet; thence north
13° 00' west a distance of 325.67 feet
to a point of curvature; thence left
along the arc of a curve to the left,
said curve having a radius of 120 feet,
a distance of 57.07 feet; thence north
40 15' west a distance of 284.35 feet;
thence north 891 58' west a distance of
26.22 feet; thence north 400 15' west a
distance of 85.01 feet; thence north
520 43' west a distance of 226.56 feet;
thence north 370 17' east a distance of
80.00 feet; thence south 52° 43' east a
distance of 235.09 feet; thence south
400 15' east a distance of 439.30 feet;
thence south 13° 00' east a distance of
329 .49 feet; thence south 0 22' west
along the east line of Lot 9 extended,
and the east line of Lot 9, and the east
line of Lot 24, Block 1, Thatcher & Gast
Sub.; thence westerly along the south
line of Lots 24 and 25, Block 1, Thatcher
& Gast Sub. to the point of beginning.
